Wordsjong starts off with training rounds where there are less tiles. Each player are given $20,000 money points. You will have to pay up the player that wins on the tile that you discard. Also, all players will have to pay up an equal amount to the player that wins by ZIMO.
You will loose the entire game if you loose all your money.
Just like in a traditional Mahjong game, 4 players start the game with 13 (14 for dealer) tiles each. 1. Once the game starts, each player takes turn starting from the dealer to draw and discard the tile in a counter clockwise order. 2. The draw sequence can be interrupted and rearranged by the bid of "Tse" or known as "Chi", "Peng", and "Kang", or 4. the game can be finished by any player declaring "Hu" (mahjong or zimo) once the player's satisfies the 4 Triplet, 1 Pair pattern. 5. There are ultimately 4 tiles of each tile kind making up a total of 136 tiles on the table including drawn/discarded/undrawn tiles. 6. The REAL difference is that, instead of Tse (Chi) on sequenced tiles (1, 2, 3), you have to Chi 3 letter words that are in this game food names. Detailed word list can be accessed directly inside the game screen tabs on the right or if read on below.
Chi is a matched sequence of words for each colored suits (non wind or dragon suits)
Words for Green are: NUT, TEA, BUN, BBQ, RYE.
Words for Red are: COD, EGG, HAM, JAM, MAC.
Words for Blue are: PIE, FRY, ICE, PEA, CAN.
Peng is any 3 of the same suited tiles.
Kang is any 4 of the same suited tiles.
